RYAN ADAMS
Born into a family where his mother was playing guitar and singing...... With this inspiration and encouragement, Being creative was the only thing Ryan ever knew how to do, and as far as he knew, what life was all about. For the first ten years of his life, Ryan became consumed with his pencil drawings along with his older brother of 4 years. Constantly being challenged and bombarded with ideas, Ryan would vie for attention by developing his own style and touch to his pencil pictures by creating illustrations of all aspects of life. Ryan always gave his imagination and personal touch to every piece he created. (a reoccurring theme that resurfaced later in his paintings).
Growing up in Los Angeles until the 3rd grade, Ryans atmosphere was intense, fun, crazy and always exciting. Swiming in the pool and drawing was all he knew and along with This California upbringing played a role eventually in Ryan choosing to take on such a daring, almost impossible feat of being a successful working artist After a decade lost to surfing, high school, 3 different majors in college and Upon much thought and contemplation, Ryans decision to be a career painter was based upon several factors in his life which all played a major role and had equal influence in his decision...Recognizing the signs of the times, Ryan recognized the endless possibilities of reproducing the original image and selling it over and over, so from day 1, he would always pick new exciting topics to paint and try and make them universally recognizable and loved! .. it would be an Art studio major... A successful working artist that gets paid to do what he loves to do is the lifelong challenge Ryan accepted! #4....Being born and raised in a world-class tourist destination only enhances an art that's from here seems to make perfect sense and Ryan is set out to prove this!
MARC WOLF
Slinging on a chainsaw, my visions come through in my carvings. I enjoy creative thinking, leaving restrictions behind.I was born in San Luis Obispo in 69, after the famous summer of love. Born in November, on the eSeS cusp, (Scorpio Sagaterious) I've always been rebellious when it came to being told what to do. This trait in my personality shows through in my art. Whether I'm painting or carving, I follow no mold.
